Portrait of Paul Jarring, the traveler
50 x 70 cm, acrylics & watercolor, 2024
« Paul’s eyes are lost in the distance as he tells me about last night.
He says that he wandered for a long time in the corridors of the hotel, until he fell on a black sand beach. A beach with a hypnotizing horizon, taking all thought into the ocean.
I told him there was no beach and even less ocean in a hotel.
That was stupid of me. »
